Philosophy

JSN uses a method called E.A.R.T.H.

Environmentalism - Children learn how to care for the environment and why we do so. We lead an example by being a 100% eco-friendly School. No plastic or wasted paper, ever!

Attention - Families have creative control over their children's studies. The curriculum was designed to cover basic life skills a child will need and to also allow children to explore other curiosities. Every child deserves to complete activities/lessons at their own pace. (3-Level Range)

Religion - Christianity is the heart of our program. We celebrate Christmas in Honor of Jesus Christ who died for the sins of the world. We also encourage children to be kind to others and shoot for long and healthy lifestyles. (Calendar)

Trust - A program like this succeeds because of trust. We trust children to be respectful and responsible, whether that's how they're interacting with others or handling technology and tools. Trust builds confidence and confidence is the gateway to a successful future self.

Home - Our facility is quite different from any other school. Classrooms aren't traditional and our campus functions like a home. We're flexible with subjects, seating, and setting. Sometimes we eat or operate outside and other times we take full-day trips. (world trips) We project a friendly and family environment.

Health & Safety

Parents and visitors need to have scheduled appointments, if not, entry will not be available. All temperatures will be checked upon arrival. If any signs of fever are found, you will be asked to leave and to keep the nursery updated with your child's progress via phone/email. We pray for the safety and health of our community.

Our facility is small which helps us keep germs below a minimum. Each classroom is professionally cleaned frequently using plant-based cleaners that are safe for children. To further help keep germs down we build a strong immune system by incorporating a plant-based diet that is filled with "yummy" vitamins. Children are not required to wear masks in our care; however, if parents wanted them to do so, we'll make sure of it.
