IMPORTANT INFORMATION
REGARDING GUPPIES
NC public schools operate on roughly a 10 month calender year from August to June. Children must be 5 years old before August 31st, in order to enter Kindergarten. This Nursery is joined by Asier Christian School, a Private 1st-12th Year school, which chooses to operate year round on a January to December calender year. Meaning children must be 5 before January of the new school year in order to start Kindergarten with us.
REGARDING RHINO'S
This program is only available to parents who want to adhere to NC's compulsory attendance law; which states, a child does not have to attend a traditional school until they're 7 years of age. (7/8 = 2nd Grade) Children must be 6 before January of the new school year to start with us.
If you choose to move forward into our Private School program, children will begin 3rd grade year starting the following January. If you're unable to continue with us, transitioning into a traditional school system is no problem. Your child would just enroll into 2nd grade during the current fall start term at their new school.
REGARDING BOTH
Children will have a school day similar to ACS's operating schedule from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you need extended hours the nursery is open from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. For those students specifically we've accommodated extra activities, outdoor, field trips, rest periods and required nap times to make up those 3 hrs in thier learning schedule.

Asier Christian Private School is the big sister school to Juniper Sage Nursery. Also located in North Carolina, ACPS continues to use the much loved Miles EARTH education method.

Until our permanent 1st - 12th year facility is built, we've offered a nursery program which grows with your family every year.
