Forest School Spring Session - APR ONLY

Service Description

Forest school is an entirely nature based program operating in Charlotte and Huntersville areas. We're operating in public parks to engage children in as many world studies as possible. Throughout the day children will dive deep into their curiosities with the changing natural world around them. Parents will be given a coordinated meet up place weekly by Ms. Asia. We meet daily at 8:00am sharp and pick up is at 2:00pm from Monday through Friday. It's important to manage your time wisely with this program, for there isn't after care available for children in forest school. We ask that parents notify us if they're picking up their child early today or if they're not being dropped off that day, via text. Ms. Asia will also keep you up to date via text during this time in any case of sever weather conditions. If everything looks good we'll be outdoors whether rain or shine! On another note children's photos will be updated to the website and instagram where parents can get a peak into our day! If you'd like to donate books or other materials/items for Spring session, we're always happy to take them! *Children may wear short sleeves with a light jacket/raincoat. Sunhat's and sunscreen are required for extra protection. We recommend water and mud friendly shoes; however any closed toe shoe is fine. Backpacks must include a refillable water bottle, lunch and 2 snacks if child opted out of provided meals, pencil case, an extra change of clothing and socks, labeled sunscreen/medicine/etc., emergency contact card/folders/tags (given), and other items that child believes they need. No toys or electronic devices. Research iPads and all other learning materials are provided by JSN/Forest School!
